Postures to help with low back pain, shoulder tension and other conditions associated with being pregnant and becoming a new mother.

Stretching and relaxation techniques to alleviate any of the stress and strains of becoming a new parent and to help make the most of "ten minutes off".

Relaxation helps both parents cope with the life of early parenting.

Enhances awareness of self as well as being more receptive to what baby is experiencing.
