For Mummy and Baby together

No need to wait until baby is sleeping, practise Yoga whilst your baby is awake and actively involve baby in your practice.

Baby can be your inspiration, your motivator, your weight, your gym equipment and your greatest fan. By being near you, baby feels safe and secure.  Baby can watch you whilst you practise – you become baby’s mobile, toy and puppet.  Baby can encourage you to stretch that little bit further to reach for a kiss or a smile.  Baby also benefits from mummy feeling more relaxed, rested and restored when quality time is spent together afterwards.

For Fathers, Grandparents and other carers too

Daddies, grandparents and carers too can actively contribute to baby’s development whilst enjoying a stretch themselves.
